I monitor, direct, and coordinate construction related field operations, and work with all project managers and engineers to form an effective management team for our clients.
Other major current duties of mine include
-Set up of field offices appropriate for projects if required
-Review and be familiar with contract documents, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals
-Help develop CPM schedules with client teams prior to construction and manage schedules throughout projects including the creation and maintenance of 2-4 week look-ahead schedules
-Develop and maintain site logistics plans
-Review and assist in developing scopes of work for subcontractors
-Perform constructability reviews.
-Conduct preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors prior to beginning each phase of work
